Not Boring Beliefs
You gotta be guided by something, anything.
I recently installed the Not Boring suite of apps to my iPhone and I gotta admit that I'm really liking their work.
The apps included the above wallpaper for free after paying a subscription... Well, not so free after all, right? but the software made it worth it, so I think it's a nice addition.
And the above really reminded me of how building software (or anything in general) feels like and that you gotta set some kind of belief to guide your work. You don't have to follow these beliefs, but I think are worth sharing:
Make it personal.
Nothing is finished.
Think small.
Slow down.
Honor the materials.
Feel each moment.
Have opinions.
It doesn't have to be easy.
It's not for everyone.
Never boring.
